Job summary

Jackson Hogg Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Manager to own the IT and OT strategy as a manufacturing operation scales from build to full production. You will shape secure, scalable, integrated systems supporting production, operations and corporate functions.

Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines hands-on delivery with strategic leadership across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms, including ERP/MES/CRM integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or senior IT professional within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or process-led environments.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Experience implementing or supporting ERP, MES, or similar enterprise systems.
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on capacity while contributing strategically.
• Experience delivering technology projects and business system integrations.
• Exposure to greenfield, start-up, expansion, or transformation environments would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the company's IT and OT strategy.
• Build and support infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and business-critical systems.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of ERP, MES, CRM, and other operational platforms.
• Drive cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Support commissioning activities and ensure technology readiness for operational scale-up.
• Manage technology suppliers, procurement, and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, automation, and AI to improve operational performance.
