Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an IT/OT Solution Architect to design secure, scalable end-to-end architectures bridging OT, IT and cloud platforms. You will translate business and engineering requirements into architectures spanning PLCs, SCADA, historians, OT networks, industrial edge platforms and cloud services.

You will provide technical leadership, define integration patterns and ensure resilience, cybersecurity and maintainability across multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of industrial automation and OT environments, including PLCs, RTUs, SCADA and OT networking.
• Proven experience across OT, edge, enterprise, data and cloud environments with integration patterns.
• Design scalable, resilient and secure industrial data solutions with non-functional considerations.
• Excellent consulting, communication and technical leadership, coordinating across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end IT/OT solution architectures that connect operational systems, edge technologies, enterprise platforms and cloud services.
• Design integration strategies using OPC UA, MQTT, APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and design assurance to teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Develop reusable architecture patterns and data models across OT, networking, cybersecurity, cloud and data domains.
