Job summary

Capgemini in Glasgow is seeking an SCADA/OT Architect to lead enterprise-scale SCADA architecture across utilities. You will shape cloud-ready data-driven OT/IT convergence, define reference architectures for centralized and distributed deployments, and ensure security and scalability across multi-site operations.

You will collaborate with cyber, network, engineering, and digital teams, chair design reviews, and guide stakeholders on vendor-agnostic platform decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise SCADA/OT architecture
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable, cloud-enabled OT integration
• Strong leadership across multidisciplinary stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise SCADA architecture direction across centralised, distributed and hybrid deployments.
• Define and govern vendor-agnostic SCADA and OT platform selection criteria.
• Own the Unified Namespace and asset modeling standards for OT/IT integration.
• Chair architectural reviews and manage risks, assumptions, constraints with auditability.
