Job summary

Arm is seeking an Architecture Lead - IT/OT for a 6-month contract, based in Glasgow or Aberdeen with 1-2 days onsite. You will lead the Transmission Architecture function, directing the architecture team, setting priorities, and aligning delivery with business goals.

You will provide enterprise architecture across Transmission, shape roadmaps, govern major initiatives, and ensure IT/OT alignment with Group strategy while addressing risk and operational considerations.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Proven ability to move between enterprise and solution-level concerns.
• Demonstrated leadership of an architecture function or community.
• Experience in OT environments and IT/OT boundary considerations.
• Strong governance, standards and roadmapping capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as interim leader of the Transmission Architecture function, providing day-to-day direction and prioritisation.
• Shape and maintain architectural strategies, principles, target architectures and roadmaps for Transmission.
• Lead architectural assurance for major projects and supplier-led delivery with guardrails.
