Arm is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect - IT/OT to lead architecture across the Transmission portfolio within the electricity/energy sector. The role is a 6-month contract, inside IR35, with Glasgow or Aberdeen base and 1-2 days onsite.

You will shape architectural direction, provide governance and assurance across major initiatives, and collaborate with business, technology and delivery stakeholders to ensure IT/OT alignment and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Significant experience in Solution Architecture.
• Experience with IT/OT architecture.
• Broad technical understanding of modern technology landscapes.
• Experience providing architecture governance across large programmes and projects.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior Enterprise Architecture expertise across the Transmission portfolio.
• Develop and maintain architectural direction with the Architecture Lead.
• Contribute to strategies, target architectures, roadmaps and capability models.
• Provide architectural assurance across major projects, programmes and BAU initiatives.
• Review Solution Architecture produced by project teams and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with architectural principles, standards and guardrails.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand business requirements and implications.
• Provide senior guidance on complex or strategic initiatives.
• Apply input across IT and OT environments and balance integration considerations.
• Align Transmission activity with Group processes, standards and governance.
• Offer hands-on architectural input for complex BAU or operational needs.
