Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. seeks an Architecture Lead for IT/OT in Glasgow/Aberdeen. This interim role leads the Transmission Architecture function, shaping strategies, roadmaps and governance while guiding a team through complex transformations in the electricity sector.

The role requires extensive Enterprise Architecture leadership, strong cross-functional collaboration, and proven ability to balance enterprise concerns with solution delivery in OT environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Strong capability to move between enterprise and solution levels.
• Proven leadership of architecture teams or communities.
• Experience in OT environments and IT/OT integration.
• Experience engaging with senior business and tech stakeholders.
• Knowledge of governance, standards, and target architectures.

Responsibilities

• Act as interim leader of Transmission Architecture and guide the architecture function.
• Provide day-to-day direction, prioritisation and coordination for the architecture team.
• Shape and maintain architectural strategies, principles, and roadmaps for Transmission.
• Lead architectural assurance across major projects and supplier-led delivery.
• Ensure alignment of IT/OT architectures and governance across the organisation.
• Oversee Solution Architecture across projects without delivery responsibility.
