- Oversee daily IT operations, troubleshoot issues, and manage software/hardware maintenance.
- Coordinate with external vendors and lead IT projects.
- Ensure cybersecurity measures, conduct regular audits, and develop disaster recovery plans.
- Document technical procedures, manage IT assets, and provide training to staff.
- Contribute to strategic IT development, including new office setups and budget planning.
- Enhance our online presence and stay current with technology trends.
- Proven IT management experience and relevant qualifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Motivation to drive excellence and innovation in IT operations.
- Full UK driving license.
Desirable Qualifications:
- ITIL, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSD, MCSE).
- Experience with engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
