Job summary

InfraBe is seeking an IT Operations & Security Manager in the UK to oversee day-to-day IT services, ensure business continuity, and strengthen security across the technology estate. You will work with MSPs and partners on Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, websites, CRM systems, and cyber security services.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations and security management within a corporate or outsourced environment.
• Ability to manage suppliers, MS 365, cloud platforms, and business applications.
• Proven incident response, backup, and business continuity planning experience.
• Knowledge of security controls, IAM, MFA, patching, and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT service delivery across the business.
• Oversee IT security controls, incident response, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with MSPs and suppliers for platform administration and security.
• Maintain asset lifecycle, licensing, onboarding/offboarding, and access controls.
• Lead vulnerability management, patching, and security monitoring.
• Develop policies, risk registers, and training for employees.
