Job summary

ID Logistics UK is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead development and improvements of our business applications and digital products. This hybrid Milton Keynes-based role will partner with Operations, Commercial teams and Group IT, travelling across UK sites.

You will drive AI-driven innovations, optimize automations and ensure technology delivers measurable business value while managing budgets and vendors. A strong commercial mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT, applications, product or digital services management.
• Experience managing business-critical applications and technology platforms.
• Knowledge of WMS, EDI, logistics systems, automation or robotics.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience delivering business change.
• Logistics, warehousing or supply chain experience.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced and commercially focused IT Manager to lead the development, performance and continuous improvement of our business applications and digital products portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of IT - UK, you'll work closely with Operations, Commercial teams, customers, suppliers and Group IT to ensure our systems and technologies deliver real business value. You'll drive innovation, automation and digital transformation across our growing multi-site logistics operation.

This role is based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working and will require regular travel to sites across the UK.

About You

You'll be a proactive technology professional with experience managing business applications, digital products and operational technologies. You'll have strong stakeholder management skills, a commercial mindset and a passion for delivering technology solutions that improve business performance.
