IT Manager - Up to 65K + Bonus - Hybrid (1 day from home) - Aylesbury


We are looking for a highly motivated IT Manager to join an award-winning company who have been established for over 125 years. The organisation operates within the FMCG sector and have a head office in Aylesbury.

This exciting opportunity will suit a talented and experienced IT Manager who is well versed both strategical modernisation and hands on type position. The organisation employs over 170 people, expanding exponentially over the last few years.

They are a big believer in sharing thoughts and encouraging and supporting innovation and creativity. The IT Manager will be given the chance to be involved in all aspects of IT, from process review to conception, completion, and launch.

They see IT in an enabler and are looking to build a modern foundation to aid in the corporations expansion.

The environment is relaxed yet professional, gone are the days of a corporate rigid structure. The position is hybrid with 1 day from home alongside flexibility where required.

IT Manager Experience

* Windows Environment including Operation Systems and O365
* IT Hardware, Networking and Infrastructure
* Business IT and information systems
* ERP Solutions
* Working knowledge of SQL
* An appreciation of how IT solutions can be used to complement business processes and enhance customer service.
* Managing a 3rd part solutions provider (MSP)
* 3rd Party Software Management


We are not expecting the IT Manager to be an expert in everything above, just a strong basis knowledge and passion to learn more!

You will be an enthusiastic IT Manager, a great communicator and have an inquisitive attitude. The successful IT Manager should have strong problem-solving abilities, organisational skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders.
