Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks an experienced IT M&A Manager/Senior Manager to support growth of our IT M&A capability. You will lead due diligence, post-merger integration, and technology strategy across industries, guiding complex assessments and deal value optimization.

The role requires delivering high-impact client outcomes within a matrixed consulting environment, with flexible, hybrid-working in the UK.

Qualifications

• Evidence of leading delivery of IT M&A engagements and creating opportunities for follow-on work.
• Specialism in IT M&A including IT due diligence, integration and separation planning for high-value transactions.
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable commercial insights for clients.
• Experience in matrixed organizations and selling/delivering consulting solutions.

Responsabilités

• Develop IT M&A offers and build capability within the ITP team.
• Drive complex technology assessments of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and cloud environments.
• Lead post-merger integration strategies: harmonise IT operating models, ERP core systems, and cloud migrations.
• Define TSAs, plan data migrations, ensure regulatory and security compliance during divestitures.
• Provide leadership on emerging technologies and digital capabilities aligned with client strategy.
• Advise clients on translating technical findings into commercial insights and negotiating strategies.
