Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an IT M&A Manager/Senior Manager to drive the IT due diligence, post-merger integration and technology assessment workstreams across client transactions. You will shape IT M&A offers, lead multi-disciplinary teams and guide clients through complex deal value optimisation.

Qualifications

• Evidence of leading IT M&A engagements and delivering outcomes.
• Demonstrated IT due diligence, integration and separation planning experience.
• Technical expertise: enterprise IT architecture, cloud platforms and cybersecurity.
• Ability to translate complex findings into commercial insights for clients.
• Experience managing multi-workstream delivery in matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT M&A offers and win client engagements.
• Lead technology assessments of IT infrastructure, apps, cybersecurity, cloud and digital platforms.
• Lead post-merger integration strategies including IT operating model harmonisation and ERP consolidation.
• Oversee tech carve-out and separation, TSAs, data migration and regulatory compliance.
• Quantify IT-related deal value, risk, and synergies to support negotiation strategies.
