Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced IT engineer to own the technical IT portion of acquisitions. You will perform due diligence, define integration plans, and migrate people, devices, and data onto Anthropic’s stack.

This hands-on role collaborates with Security, Legal, and Corporate Development throughout the deal lifecycle. With 8+ years in corporate IT, you will automate repeatable diligence tasks, lead cross‑team efforts, and drive end‑to‑end integration work while contributing to the team

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineer with 8+ years in corporate IT.
• Experience leading IT due diligence and migrations.
• Ability to assess unfamiliar IT environments quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT due diligence for acquisitions; assess identity, apps, endpoints, and infra.
• Define integration plan, siting, sequencing, and day-one readiness.
• Execute integration, migrate people/devices/data, retire redundant systems.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, Corporate Dev, People, and Finance.
