Job summary

Heart of Yorkshire Education Group is seeking an IT & Library Assistant to join our team. You will provide customer facing technical support for mobiles, laptops and software at Tier 1 level.

You will undertake administrative duties to ensure the effective operation of the Library and IT helpdesk, and develop and promote access to resources both in the library and online. You will assist in collecting resources, maintaining stock, and regularly liaise with staff and students to deliver a quality

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
• Level 2 IT qualification or equivalent IT experience/skills.
• Experience liaising with customers in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer facing technical support at Tier 1 level.
