Candidates should have strong practical experience, a relevant certification path (ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous) and a proactive approach to learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCSEs including Maths and English, plus practical IT experience.
• IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA or Microsoft are advantageous.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-line technical support across servers, networks and cloud services.
