NES Fircroft is seeking an IT Infrastructure Architect to join its Global IT Team in a permanent role based in Basingstoke, with hybrid working (3 days on site, 2 days remote). The position also welcomes applications from candidates in Dublin.
You will define IT infrastructure standards and roadmaps, lead IAAS, network, modern workplace and security-related services, and partner with IT Security and regional teams to rollout solutions across the business.
Location – Basingstoke but open to candidates based in Dublin
Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 days remote
Possibly up to 25% travel involved with this position to places like Europe and Norh America
At least 10 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, with focus on cloud-based services (e.g. M365, Intune, Azure, Cloudflare, Tenable, etc). Expert level understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (solutions & licensing model). Experience managing federated IT teams and delivering programmes and projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Hands on experience managing an IAAS environment.

The IT Infrastructure Architect will have responsibility for services including (but not limited to) network/ firewalls, modern workplace, IAAS, vulnerability scanning and service monitoring/ alerting. The individual will work collaboratively with IT Security and our business specific IT teams to ensure the appropriate services are fully deployed.
