Job summary

HCR is seeking an IT Implementation Manager to lead technology project delivery from inception to live service. The role can be based at our Worcester HQ or Leamington Spa office, offering disciplined delivery leadership across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches as appropriate to the work.

You will own delivery plans, backlogs and milestones, coordinating internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes and business value realization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering medium to large IT projects through full lifecycle.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery.
• Experience running project progress meetings and executive updates.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical delivery into business terms for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects and programmes from initiation through to implementation and handover.
• Deliver projects using Agile principles with iterative delivery and business value.
• Define and manage delivery plans, backlogs, priorities and sprint goals with stakeholders.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods according to initiative size and risk.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers to achieve outcomes.
