Job summary

HCR Law is seeking an IT Implementation Manager to join our teams in Worcester or Leamington Spa. You will drive successful technology projects from inception through live service, applying Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches as appropriate.

You’ll work with stakeholders, product owners, IT teams and suppliers to manage scope, budgets, risks and outcomes, with clear governance and regular status reporting.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering medium to large IT projects end-to-end.
Familiar with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods.
Ability to translate technical issues into business terms.

Responsibilities

Lead IT projects from initiation to live service handover.
Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches as appropriate.
Maintain delivery plans, backlogs and sprint goals with stakeholders.
Produce clear RAG reports and governance documentation.
Manage budgets, risks, dependencies and supplier relationships.
Coordinate testing, release planning and transition to service.
Escalate issues with options and recommended actions.
