Interaction Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a specialist IT company looking to expand their support team within their modern service office in Peterborough. We are currently seeking Dutch Speaking Service Desk Advisers to provide first-line IT support to external clients.

The role offers full training, 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift 7am–7pm with occasional weekends, a temporary-to-permanent contract and immediate start.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organised, reliable and methodical in your approach.
• Previous call centre, customer service or technical support experience is beneficial.
• Previous IT support experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues.
• Confident communicating with customers by telephone and email.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Genuine interest in technology and developing a career in IT support.

Responsibilities

• Providing first-line IT support to external customers via telephone and email.
• Supporting Dutch-speaking customers professionally and effectively.
• Logging, tracking and accurately updating support tickets.
• Troubleshooting basic hardware, software and network-related issues.
• Escalating more complex technical issues where required.
• Guiding customers through step-by-step technical solutions.
• Maintaining accurate support documentation and knowledge base records.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues within the service desk.
• Supporting continuous improvement across the service desk.
• Providing a consistently high level of customer service and building positive client relationships.
