Houlihan Lokey, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to support IT governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across the firm's technology landscape in London. You will work under the IT GRC Manager to strengthen controls, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with auditors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in IT governance or IT audit, a good understanding of GDPR, DORA, and SOX, and solid communication skills. A proactive, growth-oriented mindset is valued.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of IT governance, risk, compliance, or IT audit experience.
• Working knowledge of GDPR, DORA, and SOX, or comparable standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Pursuit of professional certifications such as CISA or CRISC preferred.

Mansioni

• Support development and maintenance of IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, evaluate, and track IT risks including cybersecurity and data privacy.
• Coordinate with HL Compliance to align IT systems with GDPR, DORA, SOX and other standards.
• Plan and conduct IT audits; assist with remediation tracking under guidance of senior team.
• Prepare clear reports and documentation for leadership and audit requests.
