Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Analyst to develop and operate the Technology & Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance framework. You will own defined components of the control lifecycle, translate regulatory obligations into actionable standards, and drive evidence-based control language across Technology and Cyber Security.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Technology or Cyber GRC, IT/Cyber Audit, or Risk Management within a complex organisation.
• Understanding of taxonomy, design, controls, and evidence requirements (5W1H).
• Experience mapping requirements to internal obligations or regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the unified Technology & Cyber control library and standards; conduct reviews and present changes at governance forums.
• Translate regulatory obligations into clear standards and control requirements; identify gaps and remediations.
• Support audits, risk assessments and regulatory examinations with reliable mappings and evidence traceability.
