Job summary

Babcock is offering an Information Technology Graduate Programme across UK hubs including Portsmouth, Plymouth, Bristol, Southampton and Leicester. The two-year rotation gives practical experience across IT disciplines, working on real projects that power our global operations.

You’ll receive structured support, mentorship and masterclasses, with a starting salary of £35,000 and hybrid working. Successful completion leads to a substantive IT role across Marine, Land, Aviation and Nuclear sectors.

Qualifications

• Must have or be on track to achieve a (Hons) degree in Business or STEM.
• BPSS and Security Check eligibility may apply for this programme.
• Interest in IT and graduate development is essential.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through core IT areas such as Strategy, Architecture, Development, and IT Services.
• Support governance, project delivery, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Contribute to data, AI, cybersecurity, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Build dashboards and data apps to enable predictive analytics.
