Job summary

Volkswagen Group in the UK is seeking an IT Governance Analyst to support governance, assurance and control activities across IT. You will help deliver governance capabilities, including reporting, IAM/PAM, PKI administration and audit support, contributing to the IT Strategy.

You will develop policies, perform assurance reviews, and maintain KPI dashboards while coordinating governance activities and audits. The role focuses on accuracy, stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT governance with ability to explain its benefits.
• Experience with IAM and PAM processes.
• Strong analytical skills and risk quantification.
• Attention to detail and high-quality outputs.
• Effective communication and stakeholder influence.
• Interpersonal, process, organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to track compliance and performance; follow actions to resolution.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve IT policies, procedures and governance docs.
• Conduct evidence-based assurance reviews and prepare recommendations.
• Implement and improve IT KPI dashboards and validate data quality.
• Prepare governance packs and materials for audits and meetings.
• Manage operational PKI card and certificate service; coordinate with HQ.
• Support IAM governance including annual access reviews and recertification.
• Support privileged access governance and control compliance.
