Job summary

Zenzero Solutions Ltd. is hiring for a Field Services Engineer to join our team. You will visit customer sites, configure desktops and devices, and support networks, servers and storage in line with SLAs.

You’ll work with our Project teams on deployments and installations, and provide on-site and remote assistance as needed. The role requires MSP/MSSP experience, strong troubleshooting, and hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and ITSM tools.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering field services for MSPs/MSSPs.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and core IT systems (Azure, Intune, Autopilot).
• Hands-on with ITSM tools (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Remedy, Autotask).
• Solid grounding in ITIL-aligned environments, SLAs, incident and change management.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure end-user devices to set standards.
• Visit customer sites for installations, moves, upgrades.
• Provide on-site support for network/server/storage, remote hands for resolver groups.
• Assist end-users with desktop and Office queries.
• Own incidents and service requests, perform checks, escalate when needed.
• Occasionally embed on-site with specific customers for extended periods.
