Location: Covering Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bradford
Salary: £26-31k plus excellent benefits
Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Field Technician to join this growing IT Services team, delivering responsive on-site support across multiple Education Trusts / academies in the North of England.

Key Responsibilities for this Field Engineer role:

• Provide on-site IT support, including hardware troubleshooting, device imaging, and software triage
• Resolve network and connectivity issues, and support classroom technology
• Manage and update the IT asset register across multiple locations
• Assist with device refresh projects and software installations
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold service standards
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support IT operations and improvement initiatives
