Quickline in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Engineer to support Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows environments. You’ll strengthen security, manage access and troubleshoot complex IT issues to keep services reliable for colleagues.

You'll influence projects, write documentation, and automate tasks while collaborating with first-line teams to deliver secure, scalable IT services across our organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, Windows environments and identity management platforms.
• Confident troubleshooting hardware, software, networking and authentication issues.
• Methodical approach to problem-solving, root-cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with strong ownership and a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical expert for escalated incidents, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.
• Work across a broad technology landscape including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, cloud services, Windows and Linux platforms.
• Play a key role in strengthening security through patching, vulnerability remediation and access controls.
• Contribute to exciting projects, upgrades and service improvement initiatives.
• Help shape the future of IT by creating documentation, automation and knowledge resources that support first-line teams
