Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting IT issues across various hardware and software systems
• Resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner
• Work with both internal and external teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems

Skills Required

• Previous experience within an IT Support setting
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365
• Familiarity with Networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
