IT Director Head of Projects Head of IT and Transformation

The role will be 2 days a week at home.

As Director of IT and IT Projects, you will provide leadership on all technology initiatives within the business, ensuring that IT Services and Projects support and advance the company's mission, values, and strategic priorities. You will oversee the effective delivery of IT infrastructure, systems, and services, balancing daily operational excellence with the adoption of emerging technologies. You will champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, lead digital transformation projects, and drive organizational change to create a modern, adaptive, and digitally enabled environment.
