Job summary

Axiom Technologies a Global IT Services partner supporting medium to large-scale enterprises is looking for this casual, part-time role based in Histon.

IT Desktop Support to provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery. Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, or in-person. Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and software applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (monitors, keyboards, docking stations, etc.). Set up and configure new employee workstations, including user accounts and permissions.
