Job summary

Infotel UK Consulting seeks an IT Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex software, cloud, and digital IT initiatives. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, clear blockers, and ensure value delivery on time and budget in a hybrid, collaborative environment.

You will advocate Agile and hybrid delivery practices, align sprint goals with strategic roadmaps, and maintain governance without sacrificing velocity.

Qualifications

• SC Clearance is required.
• Proven delivery experience across software, cloud, or digital transformation deliveries.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with Waterfall governance when needed.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Slack and MS Teams.
• Ability to discuss technical constraints with architects and DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management.
• Experience directing external vendors and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and digital transformation streams.
• Establish delivery cadence and run key ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews).
• Proactively manage RAID risks and blockers to protect delivery targets.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align sprint goals with roadmaps and objectives.
