Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to deliver medium to large-scale IT initiatives across applications, infrastructure, and security. You will own end-to-end delivery from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and high-standard results in a hybrid role with three days in the office.

You will lead diverse projects, develop plans and governance, champion Agile methodologies, engage with executives and vendors, and drive successful go-lives

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT projects using Agile approaches.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across scope, timelines and budgets.
• Develop robust project plans, governance structures, RAID logs, and reporting.
• Drive Agile practices across the programme and facilitate ceremonies.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and external partners to manage expectations and risks.
• Oversee release planning and vendor coordination to ensure successful go-lives.
