Anglian Water is seeking an IT Commercial Delivery Lead to head the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Commercial team. You will combine hands-on leadership with IT commercial expertise to ensure contracting, assurance and reporting are delivered to a high standard with a data-led approach.

You will lead a team of five performers, manage stakeholder relationships at senior levels, and drive continuous improvement across commercial processes and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT commercial teams and delivering services.
• Strong ability to manage workloads and competing priorities in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience implementing data‑led commercial improvements and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of five Commercial Performance Managers and Analysts.
• Oversee contracting approaches, call-off contracts and mini-competitions.
• Manage financial and contractual performance reporting, assurance plans and governance controls.
• Support framework managers to deliver in-year performance and realise negotiated benefits.
• Coach and develop team through onboarding, training and SOPs.
• Improve commercial processes, analytics and dashboards to optimise value.
