PPRO in London is seeking a Colleague Support Engineer to be the on-the-ground IT ambassador. You’ll resolve login issues, optimise office connectivity, and support executives with rapid, seamless IT services.

You’ll own end-to-end first and second line support locally, collaborating with global hubs in Munich, Berlin, and São Paulo to maintain high standards across locations, while administering access with Okta and managing macOS/Windows devices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience in dynamic environments
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in London 5 days a week (UK-based)
• Experience supporting enterprise macOS and Windows environments
• Familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, Intune, Jira, and Workspace ONE

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support to the London team
• Provide white-glove IT support to executive team members
• Administer access management via Okta and Terraform
• Manage macOS and Windows device lifecycle
• Drive adoption of AI productivity tools to improve workflows
• Lead onboarding and offboarding experiences for staff
• Optimize office network and A/V across meeting rooms
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation
• Coordinate with vendor networks for hardware/software needs
