Job summary

QinetiQ Limited in Corsham is seeking a Change Manager to lead the delivery of change activity within a major digital transformation, ensuring IT services and infrastructure changes align with ITIL. You will coordinate Change Requests end-to-end, assess feasibility with programme teams, maintain processes and documentation, and report against KPIs while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of change management principles.
• Experience in IT change management or related field.
• Experience in public sector, preferably Defence.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Change Requests from submission to delivery.
• Assess validity and feasibility with stakeholders to support decisions.
• Maintain Change Management processes and documentation.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs/OLAs and drive improvements.
• Provide reporting and communications while ensuring compliance.
• Support colleagues with new Change Management capabilities.
