Reporting into IT, the role covers system setup, configuration, testing, access management, and ongoing development.

You will collaborate across HR, Payroll, Finance, and operations, driving improvements and automation while ensuring security and reliability.

Qualifications

Experience in IT business systems, HR payroll, or enterprise applications.
Ability to implement, maintain, and improve business systems and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
Understanding of change control and service desk processes.

Responsibilities

Support and enhance business systems across IT, HR, Finance, and operations.
Configure, test, and maintain enterprise applications and data flows.
Provide day-to-day user support and resolve system issues; explore automation opportunities.
