Grade 4 - £25,626.12 - £27,150.48 per annum (pro rata)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Business Support Administrator to join our busy Shared IT Service between Winchester City Council and Test Valley Borough Council.
The Business Support Team for the IT Shared Service supports budgets, procurement, contracts, and planning the service's program of works and projects.
As an experienced administrator, you will support officers and customers of the IT Shared Service. This varied role involves:
You should have experience in office administration, working under tight deadlines, and be familiar with financial management systems and Microsoft Office. We seek a self-motivated, reliable administrator capable of managing a diverse workload.
This part-time role involves 22.2 hours weekly, primarily based in Andover with travel to Winchester. Potential for home working exists after training. Flexible scheduling is available, requiring at least 3 days per week.
