The London Borough of Newham seeks an IT Business Relationship Manager to bridge the gap between its IT department and broader council operations. IT Business Relationship Manager
£57,381 - £69,669 per annum
The Business Relationship Manager role is a key position within one source, responsible for being the vital link between one source IT and the wider Newham Council. The post holder will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Newham Council to develop a thorough understanding of business and technical requirements, aiding in the creation of business cases to implement IT-enabled processes. This role requires advanced skills in stakeholder relationship management, business situation analysis, business process improvement, and feasibility assessments.
The role is based within the existing one source IT service, reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Delivery & Data.
