Wipro is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in the UK, offering flexible working arrangements and a collaborative environment. You will assess business needs, model processes, and translate requirements into actionable solutions across the project lifecycle.

With strong Agile experience and IT leadership, you will drive stakeholder engagement, create compelling business cases, and ensure traceability from requirements to testing and delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Agile project experience and understanding of Agile frameworks and tools.
• Extensive IT and team leadership experience.
• Ideally an IT degree or equivalent experience.
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification preferred.
• Lean Practitioner training and experience are assets.
• Agile certifications/trainings preferred.

• Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand current value and issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create compelling business cases and establish approval, funding and prioritization.
• Create/update clear documentation of requirements to align with the solution over the project lifecycle.
• Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs through testing and scope changes to final solution.
• Interact with software suppliers, designers and developers to understand software limitations and ensure business requirements are handled.
• Configure and document software and processes using agreed standards and tools.
• Create acceptance criteria and validate that solutions meet business needs through testing.
• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control Business Analysis activities on projects within cost, time and quality.
• Lead stakeholder management activities and large design sessions.
• Lead teams to complete business analysis on projects.
• Set the direction for business analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impact. Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs through testing and scope changes, to final solution. Interact with software suppliers, designers and developers to understand software limitations, deliver elements of system and database design, and ensure that business requirements and use cases are handled. Configure and document software and processes, using agreed standards and tools. Create acceptance criteria and validate that solutions meet business needs, through defining and coordinating testing. Create and present compelling business cases to justify solution value and establish approval, funding and prioritization. Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control Business Analysis activities on projects within agreed parameters of cost, time and quality. Lead stakeholder management activities and large design sessions. Lead teams to complete business analysis on projects. Set the direction for business analysis activities. Propose improvements.

Required Experience & Skills

Agile project experience. Good understanding and experience of the Agile frameworks and tools. Experience working in Agile projects and educating stakeholders including Product Owners and Business partners in Agile ways of working. Extensive experience in IT & team leadership experience. Ideally with an IT Degree or Equivalent experience. Optional skills: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification preferred. Lean Practitioner training and experience are an asset. Agile certifications/trainings preferred.
