Help Shape the Future of Technology in Property Services Are you an experienced IT Business Analyst who enjoys turning complex business challenges into practical technology solutions? We're looking for a commercially aware and technically curious Business Analyst to join our growing team. You'll work at the heart of business change, collaborating with operational stakeholders, architects, technical teams, and third-party suppliers to deliver solutions that drive efficiency, improve customer experience, and support long-term growth across our property services operations.

Задачи:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business problems, objectives, and opportunities for improvement.
• Elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Map business processes, systems, integrations, and data flows to support solution design.
• Define API, interface, reporting, data migration, and integration requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and build effective relationships across business and technical teams.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT, implementation, and transition into service.
• Work closely with internal IT teams and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices and standards.

Требования:

• Прven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst delivering IT and business change projects.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, data flows, SaaS platforms, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into language that non-technical audiences can understand.
• Experience developing business cases, requirements documentation, and process maps.
• A proactive and delivery-focused approach with strong analytical skills.

• Experience within Property Services, Social Housing, Housing Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a similar operational environment;
• Experience working with ERP, Workforce Management, Scheduling, or Mobile Workforce solutions;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies;
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments using Azure DevOps or Jira;
• Understanding of data mapping, migration, SQL, and reporting requirements;
• BCS, IIBA, Or Relevant Business Analysis Qualifications
