Hybrid, three days a week in Slough.
This role needs an experienced Business Analyst who can run requirements work independently from day one.
You should already be confident gathering and documenting requirements, mapping processes, working in JIRA and Confluence, and supporting change through Agile or Kanban delivery and the SDLC.
Financial services experience is not essential, but it will be a strong advantage. If you have worked as a BA in banking, lending, consumer finance, insurance or another regulated financial environment, your background will be particularly relevant.
You will join an established IT change team, working between business stakeholders and technical delivery.
The role covers the full requirements lifecycle, from discovery and stakeholder interviews through to documentation, validation, testing and sign-off.
A key early priority will be learning the organisation's application suite in depth and building the knowledge to become a trusted subject matter expert.
You may currently be an IT Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Change Business Analyst or Technology Business Analyst.
The strongest fit will be someone with several years of demonstrable BA experience who is used to taking ownership without close direction.
You will be trusted to run your work independently, work closely with senior stakeholders and build genuine expertise in the systems you support.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
We welcome applications from people with different backgrounds and career paths.
