yolk recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Radstock for a hybrid role. You will act as a bridge between business and IT, shaping solutions, improving processes and elevating BA standards across projects.
You’ll lead requirements gathering, facilitate workshops, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure traceability from inception to delivery. Occasional UK travel may be required.
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing organisation undergoing a range of technology and business change initiatives.
This isn’t a role for someone looking to take their first step into Business Analysis. We’re looking for an established BA who can quickly build credibility, engage stakeholders at every level, and bring structure and clarity to complex projects.
You’ll become the key link between business stakeholders, project teams and IT, helping to shape solutions, improve processes and raise the standard of Business Analysis across the organisation.
If you enjoy asking challenging questions, uncovering hidden requirements and helping businesses make better technology decisions, we’d love to hear from you.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of Business Analysis within a business where your contribution will be highly visible.
You’ll work closely with project and technology leadership, gain exposure to a wide variety of projects and have the opportunity to influence how requirements, processes and change are delivered across the organisation.
The role would suit someone who enjoys operating as a trusted advisor, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering tangible business value through technology.
The role is initially office-based to support onboarding, stakeholder engagement and business understanding. Once established, hybrid working is available, typically 2-3 days per week onsite.
Occasional travel to other UK locations may be required depending on project needs.
