Job summary

National Highways is seeking an IT Audit Manager to join the Corporate Risk and Assurance division. You will lead IT audit engagements, oversee planning, and deliver independent assurance across risk management and controls for technology and processes.

The role requires significant experience leading IT audit teams, with qualifications such as CISA or equivalent, and familiarity with COBIT, ITIL and NIST CSF. Some travel to regional offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading and developing IT audit teams.
• Proven experience developing audit strategies and annual audit plans.
• Strong report-writing and communication skills for exec and board.
• Knowledge of technology risk, controls, cyber security and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver IT audit assignments ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Lead and mentor auditors, manage resources and priorities.
• Review audits from terms of reference to final report; ensure quality.
• Present key findings at senior meetings and act as trusted adviser to stakeholders.
• Develop IT audit plan priorities and ensure adequate resources.
