Grant Thornton UK is seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to oversee end-to-end IT audit engagements for banking, insurance, asset management and fintech clients in the UK. You will report to directors and partners, plan testing of ITGCs and application controls, and support regulatory framework work including SOC 1/ISAE 3402 and CASS.

Qualifikationen

• Experience overseeing IT audit engagements end to end
• Supervising teams across multiple locations
• Strong understanding of UK regulatory environment (FCA/PRA)
• Professional qualification in accounting or IT audit with relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end IT audit engagements across a portfolio of financial services clients
• Report to directors and partners on progress, risks and issues
• Plan and review testing of IT general controls and application controls
• Support financial statement audits and regulatory framework work (SOC 1/ISAE 3402, CASS)
• Elevate complex issues early with recommended responses
• Build relationships with finance, technology and information security leaders
• Contribute to proposals and client conversations
• Manage engagement financials (scoping, budgeting, resourcing, fee recovery)
• Lead and coach multi-location and offshore teams
• Be accountable for quality in regulatory inspections (FRC, PCAOB)
