Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking an IT Audit Manager to lead IT audit engagements for financial services clients in London. You will manage engagements from planning through sign-off, test ITGCs and application controls, and link IT risks to financial misstatement while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

You'll also review the team’s work, manage budgets and resourcing, and coach multi-location colleagues, including offshore teams, with a focus on quality and regulatory alignment.

Formación

• Solid IT audit experience in financial services.
• Experience managing IT audit engagements day to day and supervising junior colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of ITGCs, application controls and ISA (UK) 315A.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day IT audit engagements for banking, insurance, asset management and fintech clients.
• Plan, perform and review testing of IT general controls (ITGCs) and application controls.
• Provide assurance to support financial statement audits and IT aspects of regulatory frameworks (SOC 1/ISAE 3402).
• Review team work, give feedback on control deficiencies, escalate complex issues with recommended responses.
• Collaborate with senior managers, directors and partners to keep IT and financial audit plans aligned.
• Manage engagement budgets, hours and resourcing, flag scope changes early.
• Coach and develop multi-location and offshore colleagues, using AI/data tools responsibly.
• Participate in quality reviews and regulatory inspections.
