As an IT Assistant at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all IT operations on property to ensure all employees have full access to all systems and equipment at all times for smooth business operations.

1. Serving as the primary contact for all servicing of equipment
2. Implementing and enforcing all aspects of the IT compliance policy
3. Providing support to all users with regards to access, knowledge, and systems usage
