Job summary

Genuit Group plc is seeking an experienced IT Asset and Licence Manager to govern and optimise IT assets, licensing, contracts, and supplier relationships. The role supports cost control, compliance, and strategic decision-making across the organisation.

You will manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, drive asset governance, and deliver data-driven insights to improve utilisation and lifecycle planning while ensuring controls are in place across assets and licences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT asset management, licence management, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and asset management tools.
• Solid understanding of licensing, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process adherence.
• Commercially aware mindset balancing cost, risk, and service outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end asset and licence management processes.
• Maintain accurate records across CMDB, contracts, and asset repositories.
• Conduct audits, reconciliations, and compliance assurance activities.
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Deliver data-driven reporting on cost optimisation, utilisation, and lifecycle planning.
• Identify and remediate risks, gaps, and inefficiencies.
• Establish and improve governance frameworks, standards, and controls.
