Job summary

Genuit Group is recruiting for an IT Asset and Licence Manager based in Doncaster. You will lead the governance and optimisation of IT assets, licensing, and supplier contracts to support cost control and compliance across the organisation.

You will manage the full lifecycle of assets, ensure compliance, and provide data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions. A strong understanding of ITSM, licensing, and governance frameworks is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT asset management or licence management.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB and asset management tools.
• Understanding of licensing, contracts and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process adherence.
• Commercially aware mindset balancing cost, risk and service outcomes.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to Group sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end asset and licence management processes.
• Maintain records across CMDB, contracts and asset repositories.
• Conduct audits, reconciliations and compliance activities.
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Deliver data-driven reporting on cost optimisation, utilisation and lifecycle planning.
• Identify and remediate risks, gaps and inefficiencies.
• Establish and improve governance frameworks, standards and controls.
