EY Technology - On-site Services is seeking a hands-on IT Asset Support role to manage hardware, stock, and end-user device builds. The role is highly operational, customer-facing, and involves on-site activities with EY personnel and security compliance.

You will maintain asset records in ServiceNow, support stock control, and assist with PC refresh projects while ensuring accurate lifecycle processes and quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused IT support environment.
• Strong asset management experience with attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of PC hardware, software builds and IT equipment lifecycles.
• Familiarity with asset management and ordering systems (ServiceNow, Mercury).
• Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and standard business tools.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Receive, store, issue and dispose of IT hardware in line with processes.
• Maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow.
• Carry out stock takes and investigate discrepancies.
• Build, image, configure PCs for joiners, replacements and loan devices.
• Diagnose PC faults and raise tickets with manufacturers.
• Migrate data and settings following checklists.
• Allocate devices to engineers and manage returns to IT Stores.
• Distribute laptops and peripherals to new starters; handle leavers.
• Install software and perform QA checks.
• Support PC refresh programmes, moves, events and other IT projects.
• Adhere to EY security and lifecycle policies.
• Provide professional, responsive customer service and escalate when needed.
