Job summary

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Stock & Asset Management Officer to support LHIS asset workflow. You will manage receipt, storage, stock control and distribution of ICT equipment, including mobile devices, PCs and printers, and install software on PCs as required.

You will track assets from receipt to deployment and disposal, support hardware recycling, log returns and ensure disposal follows the agreed procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer, organise and plan receipt, storage, stock control and distribution of LHIS stock.
• Install software on PCs/Laptops as required to maintain usable assets.
• Ensure assets are available for deployment to technicians and tracked from receipt to disposal.
• Support recycling of hardware and ensure disposal follows agreed procedures.
