Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset management and stock control.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Experience with ServiceNow and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate issue, return, delivery and reallocation of IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate asset and stock records.
• Support incident and request management via ServiceNow.
• Assist with management information and budget activities.
